We strictly do not interface with open broker sub-networks, multi-listed assets, or copied listings. You must possess a direct, legally binding exclusive contract signed directly by the asset owner.

In-Built Commission Structure (Net Basis)

Your professional fee or brokerage commission must be fully absorbed by the seller’s side. No markups, hidden fees, or success commissions can be added on top of the asking price for our buyers.

Certified Valuation Alignment

To prevent market price inflation and protect our investors, the target asking price must not exceed the current market value verified by an official, independent real estate appraisal report (Certified Valuation Report).

Process, Privacy & Financial Terms

Non-Public Placement

Your exclusive asset blueprints and interior documentation will be handled via strict private placement. There will be zero public footprint or active retail price dilution under our management.

Verification Documents

Please provide the property’s Cadastral Code, a copy of your exclusive representation mandate, the official valuation report, and brief video/photo materials via WhatsApp or Email.
